Oxley MP Melinda Pavey’s 100km walk for mental health over
Melinda Pavey’s challenge to walk the entire coastline of her electorate for mental and physical health concluded this afternoon at Mylestom.

The member for Oxley was joined by dozens of locals, even the New South Wales governor hiked one leg of the trek

Melinda Jane Pavey is the New South Wales Minister for Water, Property and Housing in the second Berejiklian ministry since April 2019.

Ms Pavey has been a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly since 2015, representing the seat of Oxley for The Nationals. She was previously a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council between 2002 and 2015.

Ms Pavey has previously served as the Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight from January 2017 until March 2019 in the first Berejiklian ministry government.

A former party staffer, the Coffs Harbour businesswoman became the party's youngest New South Wales member of parliament at the age of 33.
