The name "Kee'ahn" comes from the Wik people & means to dance, to play. Kee’ahn honours her Ancestors through her soulful music which weaves together lush melodies & powerful heartfelt lyrics.

Kee’ahn is a Badu islander & artist who in 2019 ventured from their home town in North Queensland, to pursue a dream.

Kee'ahn describes the creative process for 'Catch The Night':

"Alice Ivy's beat elements, from the catchy piano jabs to the soaring strings, and dopamine-filled drops, tickled my brain in the best way. The collaborative experience with Alice Ivy was inspiring, with the song's intention organically taking shape as they both infused it with energy."
